1. How can I book an apartment?

 

1. Please, fill the form in our catalog, our make an order using link from our homepage. After our conformation apartment will be book after you. We check our mail twice a day.

2. Please, call us and make an order.

 

2.  How do I settle?

Please, let us know about your arrival one hour before. We will be waiting for you in the apartment. Please, bring your identity document (passport or driver license). If you like the apartment, we sign the rental agreement for agreed period. Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit (usually it is the sum of the daily apartment rate) to be refunded on the last day of your stay if  there is no damage to the apartment.

 

3. General policies.

 

You should follow the normal rules for rental housing. Please, do not disturb your neighbors from 23:00 to 7:00 (holidays – from 23:00  to 9:00); do not litter; do not damage furniture. We are asking you to smoke only in specific areas (on balcony). 

4. Return of the flat.

Please, let us know about your leaving one hour before. You meet our maid and give her the keys. Then she inspects the apartment and if there is no damage to the apartment, you get your deposit back. She also gives you all supporting documentation.

 

5. Bed linen.

In the apartment will be clean towels and bed linen. We are changing it once a week.

 

6. Housecleaning service.

All our apartments are cleaned before your arrival. For stays over more than 1 week, there is a weekly cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning is available on request.

 

7. Supporting documentation.

1. Cash payment – We give you a hotel bill (form «3Г») and a cash voucher

2. Cashless payment – We give you an acknowledgement of services rendered.

 

8. Are you working by bank transfer?

Yes.

 

9. Do you have Check-Out Time?

Yes. Check-Out Time is 12:00.

 

10. Price in the catalog. Is it for person or for the apartment?

Prices in our catalog are for the apartments.

 

11. Do you have limits for guests in the apartment?

It is depends on number of bed places.

 

 

12. How can I get to the apartment?

a) You may order a transfer to the apartment.

b) In “Catalog” you can find a map.

c) You can use a navigator etc.

 

 

13. Should I give you my documents as a deposit?

1. No – You should only show your documents for filling a rental agreement. Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit (usually it is the sum of the daily apartment rate) to be refunded on the last day of your stay if  there is no damage to the apartment.

2. Yes – If you do not have a deposit, you should give us your documents instead.

 

14. Photos and descriptions of the apartments are true or not? 

True. All information is correct at time of publication.
